In accordance with MovilMi Mexico's return policy, the customer may proceed to return the product, as long as it does not suffer any damage since receipt. In case of following this condition, you have 15 days for mobile phones, screens and other electronic products, from the date of sale to request a replacement of the product.
Please note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable and products must be returned unopened and unused for a refund to be issued.
Lost items, wrong items or packages
Please make sure to open the package and check its contents before signing for the package.
